As part of our ongoing commitment to serve you better we are adding some new online customer services.

    To start things off... we can now provide online or by email:
  • Your account statement
  • Documents showing copies of your signed invoices in .pdf format
If you are interested in this service, please sign up HERE or you can fax or email your request.
Fax it to 323-888-0438 along with your Customer Number and a contact phone number.
 
Or email requests to accounting@franklintruckparts.com and put your Customer Number in the subject line of the email.

    Technical Clinics:
     
    2012 has not been much different from 2011 in that manufacturers have limited travel for technical training.
    So far we have Bendix Air Brake and ABS set up for September.
    We are continuing to work with all our suppliers to bring more clinics to you.
